Some mobile wallet (aka digital wallet) services and form fillers may enter the incorrect address into our system. We will only ship to the address in your order but we can change it if you notify us. We ship very quickly so call or email us right away. You can reply to your confirmation. International orders: all taxes, duties and fees assessed by customs and/or government offices must be paid by the customer before the shipment is received. The Link Group, Inc/Honey Bee is not responsible for these charges and cannot calculate them ahead of time, nor are we able pay them on the customer’s behalf. No credit will be given for taxes or fees to customer at any time. If item is returned to Honey Bee as undeliverable due to refusal of paying duties or fees, any costs of shipping will be deducted from refund. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding. International orders do not qualify for any free shipping discounts at this time.
Starting March 31, 2021, we will be processing international orders differently. You will need to visit our international orders page and send us an email. Please include your address and items you want to purchase. We will send you an email with our shipping estimate and if available, an estimate of duties you will be paying before delivery to your country.
If your order is missing any item(s), you must notify us, in writing or via the phone within 30 days of receiving the order or The Link Group reserves the right not to replace the missing item.
If your order is returned by the carrier for reasons not under The Link Group's control, we reserve the right to not refund postage and may take a nominal fee to recover costs associated with the delivery of your package. Please email us for more details.
